A global energy solutions provider’s turbine overhaul maintenance relied on manual methods — hammers and spanners for bolt tightening, hand-rotating heavy rotors — that carried real risk of tool slippage, falling tools, fatigue, and finger injuries near moving blades. Worked closely with the client’s technical experts to script SOP videos with engineering-level accuracy — correct tool use, torque values, and rotor-handling limits — so the video matched real maintenance practice, not a simplified version of it. 

2. 3D Visualization of Tool-Based SOPs 

Covered safe use of the hydraulic torque wrench, the pneumatic torque wrench, and fixture-based rotor rotation — each shown against the manual method it replaced, so the hazard and the control were both visible. 

3. Old vs. New Contrast for Retention 

Built the video around clear before-and-after visuals of traditional versus modern methods, making hazards and safer alternatives easy to recall on the shop floor.
